Systems Thinking for PPC Operators
Every PPC operation has the same problem: high-value strategic work gets crowded out by urgent, low-value tasks that eat your week. I help you systematically identify and eliminate that waste using AI agent architecture.
The Framework
Strategy decisions, client escalations, budget reallocation
System design, SOPs, agent architecture
Search term reviews, bid adjustments, performance checks, reporting pulls
Low-value busywork, unnecessary meetings
The bottom-left quadrant is the goldmine. These tasks demand your time every day but don't benefit from your strategic brain. They're repetitive, rules-based, and perfect candidates for AI agents.
What I Built
I manage a portfolio of 118 PPC accounts with over $40M in ad spend managed across my career. Industry benchmarks say an account manager should handle 5–15 accounts before quality degrades and burnout sets in. The math was impossible — until I stopped trying to work harder and started building systems.
Over the past two years, I've built a multi-agent AI architecture using Claude Code — 22 agents with 63 specialized skills, orchestrated by a 600-line operational playbook. Morning briefings, portfolio audits, lead quality analysis, account building, performance reviews — all handled by agents that run while I focus on strategy and client relationships.
The system didn't come from a course or a framework someone sold me. It came from mapping my own operation, identifying the waste, and building solutions one agent at a time. That process — the audit, the prioritization, the architecture design, the iterative build — is exactly what I now help other PPC operators do.
How We Work Together
This isn't a course. It's not a done-for-you service. It's a build-with-me engagement — I bring the architecture, you bring the operation, and we build your system together.
Phase 1: Discovery Call Free — 30 minutes
You walk me through your operation — how many accounts, what your team looks like, where your time goes, what's broken. I'll tell you honestly whether AI agent architecture is the right solution or whether you need something else entirely.
Phase 2: Onboarding Sprint 4 sessions
Each session delivers something concrete. You don't move to the next one until the previous one is working.
Session 1 — Environment Setup
We get Claude Code installed and configured on your machine. You leave with a working AI development environment ready to build agents.
Session 2 — API Access
We set up your Google Cloud credentials and authenticate your Google Ads API connections. You leave with live, programmatic access to your account data.
Session 3 — Tooling
I hand you the same Python libraries I use in production — my own custom library plus the official Google Ads API client. You leave with proven tooling for interacting with your accounts at scale.
Session 4 — The Audit
We map your entire PPC operation using a systems thinking framework. Every task gets categorized. You leave with a prioritized blueprint — what to automate first, which agents to build, and the architecture design for your system.
Phase 3: Ongoing Retainer Monthly
Regular sessions as you build out your system. I review your agents, troubleshoot what's broken, advise on the next phase, and help you adapt as platforms change and your operation grows. Think of it as a fractional AI Ops function for your PPC business.
The first step is a conversation. Book 30 minutes and I'll tell you what's possible for your operation.
