Terms of Service

Last updated: April 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fourteen Web Media website at fourteenwebmedia.com (the "Site") and any services, content, software, or materials we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Site, downloading any of our open-source code, contacting us through the Site, or engaging us for paid services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

Fourteen Web Media is a consultancy that helps Google Ads practitioners and agencies adopt AI-powered workflows. Our Services include, without limitation:

  • Free educational content published on this Site (articles, case studies, skill walkthroughs).
  • Free open-source code, prompts, and skill packages distributed on GitHub under the MIT License.
  • Paid consulting and advisory engagements, governed by a separate written agreement.

Free content and open-source code are provided as-is for general educational purposes. They are not professional advice and are not tailored to your specific business, account, or compliance situation.

3. No Warranty

THE SITE, THE SERVICES, AND ALL CONTENT, CODE, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ARE FURNISHED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Several of our open-source skills include code that mutates live Google Ads accounts (uploading negative keywords, modifying campaign settings, editing ads). Test any such script against a sandbox or non-production account before running it against live data. You are solely responsible for verifying the suitability of any content, code, or recommendation before applying it to your accounts.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOURTEEN WEB MEDIA, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR DAMAGE TO REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, FOURTEEN WEB MEDIA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (a) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOURTEEN WEB MEDIA FOR PAID SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Performance Claims and Case Studies

Case studies, performance metrics, and results published on the Site reflect specific outcomes achieved for specific accounts under specific conditions, including but not limited to industry, geography, budget, conversion-tracking maturity, and execution. Individual results vary. Past performance is not a guarantee, prediction, or indicator of future results for any other account. No content on the Site should be construed as a guarantee of any specific outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

Original content on the Site (articles, case studies, written materials, images, and design) is owned by Fourteen Web Media and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Open-source code distributed on GitHub is licensed under the MIT License (or other license expressly stated in the relevant repository) — you may use, modify, and distribute that code in accordance with the applicable license. Trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of the Site's written content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law (e.g., fair use for commentary, criticism, or news reporting with attribution).

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site or service. Linking does not constitute endorsement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fourteen Web Media, its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or Services, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and without liability to you.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
